About Paya Lebar Quarter:
Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ), developed and managed by Lendlease, is an integrated development hosting residential appartments, office space and retail outlets, with the office towers and mall having opened during 2019.

Developed as part of the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s masterplan to develop a regional business hub between the CBD and Changi Airport, PLQ comprises two office towers (PLQ1/PLQ2), three residential blocks (Park Place Residences) and the PLQ Mall.
