CanningHill Square is an integrated residential, leisure and retail development on the site of the former Liang Court.
Scheduled for completion from 2024 onwards, the property will include:
* CanningHill Piers: two residential towers of 24- and 48-stories with 696 apartments
* Moxy Hotel: a 21-storey tower with 472 hotel rooms managed by Marriott International
* Somerset Resdiences: a 20-storey tower with 192 serviced accomodation units managed by Ascott Limited
* CanningHill Square: two-storey retail and F&B mall managed by CapitaLand
Located along River Valley Road, between the historic Fort Canning Hill and the iconic Singapore River, CanningHill Square will be witin easy walking distance of Fort Canning MRT station and the entertainment and F&B at Clarke Quay.
Following a series of transactions, upon completion, a City Developments Limited-CapitaLand Limited joint venture will own the residential and commercial components.
The serviced residence and hotel components will be owned by Ascott Reit and CDL Hospitality Trusts respectively.
